Who qualifies?
- Current direct employees of Creative Foam may participate.
- Employee referral must be a new candidate. This excludes candidates already in the hiring process or resume received from contract agency.
Payment
- Payment will be processed after the referred employee has been with us for 6 months.
- $1,000 will be paid out to the employee that referred this employee.
