The Continuous Improvement Reward System is in place so we can reward those ideas where we see measurable improvement in the form of saving money or enhancing efficiencies, safety and/or quality. This ensures our success and job security.
Definition: A continuous improvement idea is an identified opportunity to improve an existing process so it is better than its current method, which results in a measurable dollar savings or enhancing efficiencies, a safer work environment and/or quality improvement. All ideas must be successfully implemented and documented in the Plex system to obtain the reward.
ELIGIBILITY: All Full time, Creative Foam employees whose responsibilities do not include continuous improvement or cost saving initiatives.
