Creative Foam has an automatic enrollment & automatic escalation feature for our 401(k) Program.
All new employees who have met eligibility requirements are automatically enrolled in the plan with a 5% payroll deduction. This deduction will begin 30 days after employment and will be contributed into your 401(k) account.
Happy Anniversary
Each year on the anniversary of your enrollment, your payroll deduction and contribution to your account will automatically increase by 1% until you have reached the escalation cap of 10%.
Opt Out
You may choose to opt out of the program, lower your contribution or raise your contribution at any time. To make initial changes or to avoid payroll deduction should you choose not to participate, please contact Empower Retirement within 30 days of your employment by one of the two ways listed below.
Company Match
The Creative Foam company match will also begin after 30 days of employment. The match is 50 cents for every dollar of employee contribution up to 5%. * Match funds will not be 100% vested until one year of service is reached.

Contribution Limits
Beginning January 1, 2026, you can contribute up to $24,500 to your retirement plan account. If you will be at least 50 years of age by December 31, 2026, you can contribute an additional $8,000 in “catchup” contributions.
